The Treasures from Chatsworth

Chatsworth House is the ancestral home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. Passed down through 16 generations, the house is renowned for its unrivaled collection of art and ranks as one of the UK’s top destinations.

Treasures from Chatsworth was conceived to coincide with Sotheby’s 275th anniversary and the debut of its newly-renovated galleries. Free and open to the public, the show attracted record numbers of first-time visitors to experience the new space and engage with various specialists. Online, visitors explored the exhibition through an original 13-part video series, editorial and historical archives. The exhibition was designed by Hamilton’s David Korins
